Made from seven layers – there’s a non-stick surface on the outside, a layer of ceramic titanium underneath for added strength, a layer of 18/10 stainless steel, aluminium alloy, pure aluminium, more aluminium alloy and 18/8 stainless steel on the outside.
Fused, multi-layered construction ensures fast, efficient distribution of heat from the sides of the cookware as well as the base.
PFOA-free non-stick surface.
Cast stainless steel handle.
Includes a velour dust bag for storage when not in use.
Oven safe to 260ºC.
