The commercial extrusion Lillo pasta
machine is practical and simple to use.
It produces various fresh pastas with
any type of flour, with or without eggs.
To make colored pasta such as red, use
tomato sauce, spinach for green, and
cocoa for brown. The kneader shaft is
removable for cleaning purposes and is
made of stainless steel. The parts in
contact with the food are made of brass
and the housing is made of steel epoxy.
The kneader capacity is 2.3 pounds of
flour and the average pasta output is 7
pounds per hour Comes with the following
dies: Round Spaghetti 9-1/28", Flat
Linguine 9-1/28", Fettuccini 19-64" flat,
and Macaroni 19-64 (Round, tube ridged).
