This espresso machine has a professional heavy-duty Faema E-61 coffee brewing group with thermosyphon circulation system. This group is three times heavier than most non-commercial groups for superior thermal stability. As of June, 2007, ECM in Italy spun off the Giotto Premium and Cellini Premium into a new company called Rocket Espresso. Rocket Espresso is now managed by Andrew Meo, from new Zealand, and Daniele Berenbruch, the daughter of Friedrich Berenbruch (founder of ECM). The purpose of the spin-off was to improve production of these two very popular models which always had demand outstrip supply on a worldwide basis. With Rocket Espresso formed, ECM can better manage their production of their commercial espresso machines. Features: Immediate availability of espresso coffee, steam or hot water.
